Detailed Job Description:
Our Tampa client has an opportunity for a Military
Financial Aid Planner. This position is for a growing
educational organization's military student division. Do
you have a military background and are you looking for

customer service/sales environment, please feel free to

Experience/Qualifications in order to be considered:
3 years of current experience in a customer service
role/sales environment
Minimum of 40-50 calls outbound per day
Phenomenal written and oral communication skills
Patience and professionalism
Follow up skills
Financial Aid Duties:
The ability to adhere to government policies,
procedures, integrity and ethical standards.
Assist with financial aid file maintenance.
Prepare and run reports daily/weekly numbers to
supervisors in order to track progress of student
packaging.
Work with the Admissions Department to identify
students needs.
Assist students in the completion of all financial aid
documents required to fund their education.
Perform follow-up calls with students in order to comply
with financial aid regulations.
Evaluate students eligibility for federal aid.
Hours:
Work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
which may include working more than 40 hours per week to
meet the needs of students. Hours of work can range, 7
days/week from 9am to 9pm (flexible hours is a must)
Requirements:
Prior experience in a sales/customer service role is
required.
Degree Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
