Job Description
Staffing Now, Inc. is actively interviewing candidates for
our client in the Aviation Industry. Incumbent will be
responsible for procuring materials and component supplies
at favorable cost consistent with quality and schedules by
obtaining quotes via phone or fax. Also responsible for
processing orders, entering the information into the
computer, spread sheet preparation, calling outside
sources, following up on shipments, and the negotiation of
beneficial pricing consistent with purchasing specification
and other work as required. As well as to take customer
requests, maintain vendor relationships, find new vendors,
price products.
Job Requirements
Candidates must posses the following:
Strong work ethic
Analytical Skills
Responsive to work demands and attention to detail.
Computer literate (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Good organizational skills
Excellent telephone, math and computer skills
Excellent control of the English language (Read/Write)
Clear distinct speaking voice
Completion of high school or GED
