International Tax Senior Manager capable of adding to the firms
continued growth through business development and maintenance of
client relationships. The firm covers 100% of employee medical

events. Responsibilities include international tax compliance,
FIN 48, transfer pricing, Foreign Tax Credit and Overall Foreign
Loss Calculations, Earnings and Profits studies and the
calculation of tax benefits related to ETI, FSC, and Section 199
Domestic Manufacturing deductions. Additional responsibilities
will include: supervising staff and assisting clients with
resolving business issues. The qualified candidate will be a CPA
with more than 10 years of corporate international tax experience
in public accounting or a corporate tax department. Masters
