Detailed Job Description:
Incumbent will be responsible for the electronic
services functions within the wire transfer department.
Specific duties will include conducting wire research on
transactions with irregular circumstances, researching
specific client requests, and other problem solving
duties. Other duties will include answering customer
calls, inputting outgoing wire requests, and processing
phone notifications and incoming wires.
Only candidates with Wire Transfer experience will be
contacted for this position. All candidates must pass
credit, background, and drug screenings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior banking experience
Solid typing skills
Ability to handle a PC and perform basic trouble
shooting techniques
Excellent over the phone customer service experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexible and able to work under stress and time
constraints
Demonstrates multi-tasking experience
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Professional in appearance & demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous wire transfer experience required
Strong analytical skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
