Description
Accounts Payable Coordinator - SAP experience
Job Description
Process vendor accounts payable invoices.
Codes invoices to appropriate general ledger account based
on generally accepted accounting principles.
Match and Batch invoices appropriately.
Perform full cycle Accounts payable duties
Interfaces with primary vendors to ensure accuracy of
invoices, supporting documentation, and financial
reporting.
Processing the 1099's
Must have experience working for a high volume environment
and Manufacturing is a PLUS!!!!
SAP IS A MUST FOR THIS POSITION
This is a contract position that may go permanent for the
right candidate. The position pays between 13-16/HR.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 yrs A/P exp.
SAP is a must!!!
High volume invoicing exp.
