Detailed Job Description:

Processes payroll through ADP Software. ADP a must!!!
Distributes paychecks. Completes and processes separation
reports on terminated employees.
Responsible for Affirmative Action Plan paperwork.
Maintains employee personnel files, including separate
confidential medical files as required. Maintains and
updates anniversary and birthday list. Maintains union
seniority list in facilities with bargaining units.
Processes payroll/personnel changes using the 850 and
forwards to home office payroll department. Enters new
employees into the ADP system and/or makes necessary
changes in employee status in the ADP system. Maintains
I-9s. Files, as needed.
