Detailed Job Description:
Global Oil and Gas Company seeks a skilled Domestic Tax Attorney. This
individual will be proficient in federal and state income tax research,
analysis, and planning as well as federal and state tax controversy
matters, administrative appeals and litigation. Responsibilities include:
Review merger and acquisition documents and identify tax issues, prepare
economic models to calculate tax impact, interact with compliance group and
advise on tax positions, prepare written communication and memos, review
tax returns to identify tax savings opportunities and lead multifunctional
teams in the execution of planning opportunities. Enjoy large corporate

Requirements include a law degree from an accredited U.S. Law School, a
minimum of 5 years corporate federal and state tax law experience, strong
oral and written communication skills, as well as a high proficiency in
