client is seeking a FAS 109 tax professional to lead the worldwide FAS 109
reporting. This Houston based Energy company offers an outstanding
compensation package and open door management policy with a good worklife
balance. Requirements include 7+ years of corporate tax experience in
public accounting or industry, strong knowledge of FAS 109, FIN 48, and SOX
compliance, a Bachelors degree in Accounting, outstanding communication and
research skills along with knowledge of federal and state taxation.
Experience with TaxStream and CPA license is preferred.
