Detailed Job Description:

Our downtown client is looking for an Audit Manager to assist the Audit
director in their SOX, operational, and financial audits. Our publicly
traded client has their offices located in the U.S. and requires their
managers to travel at least up to 25%. The manager will be an integral
part of a team and will supervise 4 Sr. Auditors. This Dynamic company
requires a manager with at least 6 years public accounting experience
(preferably Big 4), supervisory experience, and experience auditing
publicly traded companies. CPA or CIA preferred.
