Detailed Job Description:
This growing global manufacturing company, headquartered in
Houston, has operations in more than 50 countries around the
world. They are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant interested in a
variety of interesting and challenging work. This position
offers reasonable working hours while offering a dynamic and
challenging business environment to the employee interested in
growing his or her career in step with the Companys growth.
Responsibilities for this position include: preparation of U.S.
federal tax returns, preparation of the tax provision, research
of tax accounting and tax technical issues and assist with tax
planning opportunities. This role will oversee and assist the day
to day work of three tax staff. The ideal candidate will have an
Accounting Degree with strong tax accounting skills, emphasis on
large consolidated tax returns. CPA and a Masters Degree is a
plus. Experience with any of these software packages is a plus:
JD Edwards, SAP, OneSource and TaxStream. This company offers a
