is partnering with a multi billion dollar Houston energy company in their
search for a Tax Compliance Manager. The company offers an outstanding
compensation package and good worklife balance. Responsibilities for the
manager role include: Review and analyze federal corporate tax returns
review and analyze federal quarterly estimates and extensions assist with
federal income tax audits and review fixed asset information for tax
depreciation. This role will also assist with special projects and tax
research. The ideal candidate will have an Accounting degree and skills
with Insource, RIA, and BNA tax software. Prefer 6 + years of corporate
federal experience in the tax department of a Big 4 or Fortune 500 Company.
Consolidated C-Corporation knowledge required. CPA or Masters Degree is a
plus but not required.
